Shay works as a Systems Engineer for a government institute in Israel. He has over 20 years of experience, focusing on Microsoft server platforms, especially on Exchange and Active Directory. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, teaching PowerShell at John Bryce training center. For his contribution to the community he has been awarded with the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for 5 years in a row. He is the Co-Founder and editor of the PowerShellMagazine.com website.
