Following an examination of Xrm.Page.ui.refreshRibbon() in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The Xrm.Page.ui.refreshRibbon() conceders only <EnableRule> and not to <DisplayRule> as opposed to what has been written in the SDK .
