מיקרוסופט הכריזה אתמול (17.4) בכנס Management Summit שהשנה יושק (אין תאריך עדיין) גרסת השרתים החדשה של Windows Server. כידוע, במרץ האחרון הושקה גרסת ה-Windows Server 8 Beta שהביאה איתה אינספור חידושים שחלקם מותאמים ל-Cloud. בכנס הוכרז השם הרשמי של גרסת השרתים, אז אל תגידו יותר Windows Server 8 אלא Windows Server 2012. מיקרוסופט שמה דגש על ה-Cloud וב-Windows Server 2012 השרת יהיה מותאם לכל שירותי הענן “Cloud-optimized OS”. השילוב שיהיה בין המערכות השונות החל מ-Windows Sever 2012 מול מערכות אחרות כגון...

מוכנים ל-Windows 8 Beta

Windows 8 Build 6.2.8175.1215 winmain 111217 כבר נמצא בבדיקות ומוכן לקראת הפצה באתר מיקרוסופט. כמו שמיקרוסופט אמרו שלקראת סוף פברואר גרסת הבטא תשוחרר ונראה שזה קורה בזמן. עכשיו נשאר רק לחכות לגרסה הרשמית ולמועד השקה.
